The College shall annually review and publish a student handbook that will include, but not limited to, a comprehensive calendar that emphasizes important dates and deadlines, student rights and responsibilities, appeals processes available to students, and a roster of contact persons within the administrative staff available to respond to student inquiries.

The handbook will also specify the legal and institution-specific penalties for students who violate laws or institutional policies concerning controlled substances and alcohol and will also provide information on human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) education.
