Student fees shall be established, published, collected, and budgeted in accordance with State Board of Education rules and upon approval of the District Board of Trustees.

The Vice President of Finance and Administration will be responsible for establishing procedures for compiling and posting approved fees on behalf of the College.

Student Fees can consist of user fees, which can be assessed to students through additional charges. Examples of those user fees include, but are not limited to, additional liability insurance costs, electronic textbook materials, additional computer software costs or other special supplies and equipment.

The College will follow Florida Statutory guidance to provide proper public notice prior to any approval of fee changes.
