As a portion of any contract for purchase or sale of real property, the negotiating representative of the District Board of Trustees shall have the seller agree to furnish to the Board, as purchaser, a survey which will show the boundaries and topography of the property in map form. This survey shall further show all utility services available on the site and the capacities of same or the nearest source of utility service and the capacity of same. If utility services are not available at the present time, but are contemplated, the future location of proposed utilities and the approximate date they will be available at the site shall be indicated. If the seller refuses to furnish such survey at his expense, then the President is authorized to order the same and to have delivered one copy to the Board’s attorney for purposes of examination of title. A copy shall also be furnished to the Board architect assigned to that particular site.
