Student Well-being Groups

Groups on the Go

Need support, but short on time? Check out our Groups on the Go!

These flexible, online support groups hosted by PBSC's Center for Student Well-being are available anytime. It’s easy to log in using your Palm Beach State College credentials whenever it fits your schedule. All groups are hosted on Canvas, just like an online class.

“Groups on the Go” aren’t therapy sessions, but they provide a safe, supportive space to connect and explore helpful topics. If you need a different level of care, our team may recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our counselors or a community provider.

To participate, you must be a currently enrolled PBSC student during the semester you join. Please note: each group has its own set of guidelines to help keep everyone safe and supported—students who don’t follow these rules may have their participation limited.

Available Courses

Creating a Healthier Life
Take a self-paced journey toward wellness with this fully online group that explores eight dimensions of wellness —from emotional to physical wellness and beyond. Once you register, you can pick up a free copy of the “Creating a Healthier Life” workbook at the Center for Student Well-being. The workbook isn’t required, but it’s our gift to help you get the most out of the experience.

Coping With Stress
This fully online, supportive space offers stress-management tools, helpful articles, and guided exercises you can use at your own pace. Designed for busy students balancing classes, work, and family, these anytime-access resources provide flexible support when on-campus options aren’t possible.
